[W126 Coupe] wheel opinions

Josh,

Those are nice, lightweight wheels.

As you stated, wheels are highly subjective. Apart from straightforward
objective measures, such as lighter wheels are better than heavy wheels,
wheels that will fit without spacers are better than wheels that need them,
it's mostly down to personal preference.

With an offset of 44 you'll need 25 - 30 mm spacers and they will definitely
be the bolt-on type. 30 mm are BIG spacers.

One thing you should bear in mind with very open wheels is that the calipers
and brake rotors on our W126s are not that good looking and kind of small.
Compared to more modern cars with painted calipers and bigger rotors, ours
will look puny and ugly.
