Most pro labs seem to have changing rooms fro the convenience of their
customers.  One time at the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, I was able to
persuade the park ranger to allow me to use his office for film changing
- it was the only room at the entire NR that had no windows!

  And it's probably dust free too!, but I think some of those juices 
inside might harm the film, plus with 4x5 you'll need at least a sheep 
dog or you won't have enough room!
