[Sisterhood] Sisterhood Shabbat - Request for Participants

SAVE THE DATE!   Sisterhood Shabbat will be held January 10-11, 2014.  We
read the Torah portion of Beshallach, including the inspiring Song of the
Sea. 

 

The weekend gives our members the opportunity to read Torah or Haftarah,
lead prayers in Hebrew or English, open the ark, carry the Torah, lift the
Torah, dress the Torah, or prepare a D'var Torah (a speech about the Torah
portion).  

 

Please join us by taking part in this wonderful weekend. Thinking about
taking on a new skill such as reading Torah or leading a service?  We are
happy to help you with this.  We have Torah readings large and small.  We
still have a number of open parts (see the list below).
