[W126 Coupe] Electrical Problem?

Hi guys 
Got an interesting problem....
Sometimes when I turn on my headlights either the right side or the left
side won't come on
Of course I figured out how to make them come one ... Are u ready?   ....
Hit the top of the fuse box....
I replaced all fuses and relays and it still does it ... What should I do?
