[LargeFormat] 5x7 Lens Information

Hi Richard,

I've used the SA 210mm/8 on a Calumet greenie and the camera could handle
the weight fine but it was sometimes hard to reach the edge of it's 1/2 meter
diameter image. I once put the lens against a window in a darkened room
to confirm it's size. I also had a lighweight Ikeda 8x10 with an SA 121mm/8.
Somehow, the lens seemed too large for the camera though it probably tighened
down ok. The difference in size and weight between the SA 121 and the Angulon
120 is astonishing. I think my Calumet was a 'greenie' that was no longer
magnesium
but aluminum. I put it on a Tiltall and bent the Tiltall's plateform. Later I
got a geared
tripod for it, almost a necessity with it. My little 5x7 Seneca is great on
the Tiltall.
