I'm in Canada and have found most who list USA only, will, when asked , =
agree to ship out of the US.
I've found their two points of concern are getting paid & hassles =
shipping.
When you use PayPal or BidPay they get their funds quickly and when you =
explain customs are the importers problem, not the exporters, their =
concern goes away.
I usually use USPS Express Post because sometimes they & Canada Post =
skip the customs fee, and unlike UPS I never get saddled with extra fees =
to cross the border.
I have noticed that non-US auctions tend to have a lower price than US =
auctions, especially non-US & non-$US auctions.

Well, I live in Brazil...
Thouht I have already bought from Ebay ( lens shade for hassie 40mm =
distagon, etc) without any problem I see a growing number of sellers =
offering their itens only for USA. My home town in extreme south Brazil =
is far enough from a, let's say, 8x10 film box and even 4x5 b+w film =
box... I am lucky: a pilot friend of mine can get at BH my TriX 4x5 and =
XTol, but that's not enough. S=E3o Paulo, the biggest market, is 1.200 =
km far from my studio and even there I am not sure about finding LF =
gear. Ebay is sometimes the last way for buying any photographic gear on =
this distant land. And I don't want to tell ya that one dollar is about =
3 reais (our money)...
