[LargeFormat] 8x10 Beseler enlarger options?

Beseler makes an 8x10 conversion kit for the 45MX
chassis, I believe with a cold-light head.  Has anyone
tried adapting an 8x10 colorhead to this enlarger??
I was thinking of possibly an old Chromega F head
or something similar.  I'd like to add 8x10 color
capabilities to my darkroom but I don't have room
(or money) for a large 8x10 beast.  And I already 
have a 45MXII chassis in storage.  Any thoughts or
experiences would be welcome!
