The winter was warmer and sunnier than usual. May was cooler and rainier
than usual. And there was a late snow in mid March, though it melted
fast. Otherwise pretty typical. I understand an el nino event is setting
in. If so, it would be drier than normal here. Could make for a lovely
fall, or if it is a really dry summer (not so far), the leaves could
turn early. October is the best bet for good weather.
