I found what looks to be your lens with the following data:
(type) W(is this written on your lens?) 150mm f5.6-64, 6 elements, 4
groups, 245mm circle covered; Seiko 46mm filter SINGLE coated
If this is yours it is probably an early model because I think the Seikosha
shutter got superceded by the Copal. It is evidently single coated so that
makes it relatively early. Does yours take a 46mm filter? If I have
spotted your lens correctly it would allow plenty of movement on 5x4, (looks
like it covers 5x7) but should not be as expensive as a modern Fuji. Sorry
no idea of dollar value but I hope the data is relevant. Philip
