Dear Friends,

     Brock might like to try the plastic screen from the Beattie Intensi
screeen set as a substitute for travelling with a large area of focussing
screen. I broke the original screen on my World's Rattiest Nagaoka when I
fell out the back of a ute while pig shooting but I replaced it with the
plastic bit of the Beattie screen and it worked fine. I have since changed
for a Cambo glass one but if I travel I just screw in the plastic one and
pad it up.

    More news form the Antipodes. I am negotiating with the Shanghai people
to see if I can get one of their 10 x 12 studio stand cameras shipped to
Fremantle. So far the purchase price is very reasonable but the shipping
makes the transaction impossible. More news as it develops.
