[LargeFormat] Jobo CPE2 and Lifts

Here's a question for all you Jobo fans out there. Can I convert my 
Jobo CPE2 to a CPE2 Lift by simply buying a lift and finding my 
spanners?

 From what little I know about the mechanical differences between the 
models, the CPE2 Lift has gear driven tanks (?) and I would also need 
to replace the magnets on the tanks with cogs and presumably add a 
gear for the drive.

I prefer the idea of being able to add and remove chemicals in a more 
automated fashion whilst leaving the drum attached to the machine.
